1. Log in

• Access the local web user interface of the SmartLogger.
• Use an Installer account.

2. Enable Modbus TCP Server

• Go to Settings → Modbus TCP (left-side menu).
• Fill in the fields as shown below:

3. Activate Power Control Mode (Logger Level)

• Go to Settings.
• Select Active Power Control from the left-side menu.
• Enter the values as shown below:

4. Configure Each Individual Inverter

• Go to Monitoring.
• Select Inverters(left-side menu).
• Provide the number of inverters connected to the Logger (e.g. 3 in the example below)
• For each inverter:
  • Provide the Model name to Octave (e.g. SUN2000-100KTL-M1 in the case below)
  • Go to running parameters and then select power adjustment
  • Ensure that it has Remote comunication Schedulingset to Enabled
  • Set the active power change gradient to 125.000
  • below the screen choose batch configuration and select all inverters and confirm
  • this will apply the configuration to all inverters allowing the steering of individual inverter
